His secondary responsibility is to provide direction to project managers and oversee the daily operations of the engineering department.
His specific responsibilities include ensuring our designs are in the truest form of 3-D dimensions. This attribute has allowed our clients to benefit from our embrace of technology on the following projects: hospitals and healthcare facilities, commercial, residential, municipal and industrial land development, pipelines, riverfront development and permitting, street design, storm water facilities, detention/retention systems, water quality best management practices (BMP’s), permitting, sanitary sewer systems and other types of public works and infrastructure. In addition, many projects require implementation of green infrastructure, therefore James acquired LEED Accreditation.
